Full-Time Permanent Role: Field Support & Bookkeeping Team Leader

Location: Melbourne (Mitcham)

As our Field Support Centre Admin & Bookkeeping Team Leader, you'll be the backbone of our Field Support operations, supporting both onshore and offshore teams. You'll also be responsible for managing a range of administrative and financial functions to maintain efficient office operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Management: Oversee and manage both onshore and offshore teams.
  • Bank Reconciliation: Perform regular bank reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy.
  • Bad Debt Process: Manage and streamline the bad debt process.
  • Field Enquiries: Handle and resolve enquiries efficiently.
  • Reporting: Provide insightful financial reports.
  • Automation & Workflow: Streamline processes for improved efficiency.
  • Communication: Coordinate and share updates to our District Management team and other departments.
  • Guidebook Development: Contribute and update our Field Process guide and Admin & Bookkeeping guide.
  • Training: Conduct training sessions for team members to ensure they are well-equipped with necessary skills.
  • Additional Tasks: Take on other responsibilities as needed.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Communication Proficiency: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Effective Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and maintain attention to detail.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Office 365 and SharePoint.
  • Adaptability: Open to learning new programs and proposing innovative solutions.
  • Confidence: Confident in presenting ideas and solutions.
  • COPSCuRB: Adhere to H&R Block’s 'Behaviours' – COPSCuRB.
