Retail Programs Coordinator

  • NEW Full time permanent role
  • Melbourne based (Mitcham)

As our Retail Programs Coordinator, you'll be the backbone of our retail programs, supporting the National Retail Program Manager in all office-related activities. You'll also collaborate with our Marketing team to plan exciting annual Local Area Marketing (LAM) events, design eye-catching office signage, and develop guidelines for our office playbook.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Reporting: Provide insightful reports on Retail Program projects and campaigns.
  • Automation & Workflow: Streamline processes for Ease of Doing Business initiatives.
  • Third-Party Accounts: Assist in managing relationships with referral partners.
  • Communication: Coordinate and share updates through our national monthly newsletter, communicate with District Management team and other departments
  • Pop-Up Kiosks: Support the setup and management of our Pop-Up Kiosk program.
  • Property Management: Maintain the Property Worksheet and Master Office Lists.
  • Guidebook Development: Create and update our Retail Programs Guidebook.
  • Signage Design: Oversee office signage requests nationwide.
  • Event Planning: Plan and coordinate annual Local Area Marketing opportunities.
  • Additional Tasks: Take on other exciting projects as assigned by the National Program Manager.
