H&R Block is seeking skilled and experienced Tax Consultants to take the next step as an Office Manager. This role is exclusively for internal applicants who have demonstrated exceptional performance and skills within our organisation.

This position is managing an office in the Melbourne 6 District. The district covers the following geographic areas:

Albury, Lavington, Wodonga
Shepparton, Echuca
Swan Hill
Wangaratta
Wagga Wagga
Bendigo
Ballarat, Wendouree
Seymour, Wallan
Melbourne North - Hume
Melbourne North-West - Bacchus Marsh, Melton - Brimbank
Melbourne North-East - Bundoora - Whittlesea

Employment Criteria:

• Demonstrated success in previous roles at H&R Block.
• Strong understanding of H&R Block’s procedures and systems.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Commitment to providing outstanding service to clients and staff.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Availability to attend training sessions and meetings as required.
• No employment with any other tax accountant in a capacity that can create a conflict of interest.
• Must have a smartphone capable of accessing the MyID system.
