About Us
We are a well-established accounting and tax practice located in Bondi Junction, providing taxation, accounting and business advisory services to individuals and small businesses.
We are seeking a motivated Junior Tax Accountant to join our team. Some exposure to tax return preparation is preferred, however full training will be provided to the right person.
This is an excellent opportunity for a graduate or junior accountant looking to develop technical taxation skills under the guidance of experienced senior accountants.
 
About the Role
You will work closely with senior staff assisting with:
  • Preparation of individual income tax returns
  • Rental property schedules
  • Capital gains tax calculations
  • BAS and IAS preparation
  • Client correspondence and information gathering
  • Tax office liaison and administration
  • Business tax return preparation (with training)
     
About You
You will ideally have:
  • Accounting degree completed or currently studying
  • Some exposure to Australian income tax returns
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A willingness to learn and develop professionally
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Previous experience in public practice, H&R Block, tax consulting or a similar environment will be highly regarded but is not essential.
