What you'll do

• Lead the company's end-to-end learning and development function for our retail field operations
• Design and deliver engaging learning programs, pathways and tax certification program
• Modernise learning through AI-enabled tools, digital resources and innovative delivery methods
• Partner with leaders across Australia to build capability and performance
• Continuously improve learning using data, feedback and business insights
• Oversee our nationally recognised Income Tax Course and professional development programs

What you'll bring

• Experience leading learning, training, capability or organisational development functions
• Strong instructional design and adult learning expertise
• A passion for technology, continuous improvement and innovation
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• The ability to turn complex information into practical, engaging learning experiences
