Multi Office Manager - Exciting New Permanent Part-time Opportunity

This permanent part-time position offers a guaranteed 15 hours per week, with the flexibility to increase to full-time hours during the busy tax season, providing you with the perfect balance of stability and the opportunity for career advancement.

While you will still be doing some tax preparation work, the focus of this role is on coaching and developing your team in these offices, to ensure outstanding client experiences and grow your offices. You will be rewarded with a bonus scheme based on this.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership and Development: Lead and develop Tax Consultants, ensuring outstanding client experiences and achieving growth objectives.
  • Office Management: Oversee staffing, operations, and scheduling for three offices.
  • Growth Plans: Collaborate with the District Management Team to implement office-level growth strategies.
  • Training and Coaching: Provide ongoing training and coaching to your team, focusing on a client-first approach.
  • Tax Preparation: Prepare tax returns and maintain up to date tax knowledge .
  • Travel: Travel between offices as required.

Required Expertise:

  • Proven leadership skills and ability to coach and develop Tax Consultants.
  • Proven ability to successfully manage the office during peak tax season.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a client-first mindset.
  • Proficiency with H&R Block systems.
  • Strong experience and skills in preparing tax returns.
  • Successful completion of 20 units of Lifelong Learning each year.
