Are you an experienced tax professional with a keen eye for detail and a passion for accuracy? H&R Block is looking for a Quality Control Reviewer to join our team in Mitcham, Victoria.

About the Role

As a Quality Control Reviewer, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and compliance of tax returns prepared in our offices. Working under the guidance of our Supervising Registered Tax Agents, you’ll review returns to ensure they meet ATO statutory requirements and that clients receive the maximum tax benefits available.

Key Responsibilities

• Review updated tax returns form the Tax Consultant following RTA Query
• Ensure updated documents are completed
• Provide feedback to the Team Leader
• Collaborate with Team Leaders and Registered Tax Agents for technical support

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum two tax seasons of experience in tax preparation.
• Strong understanding of ATO requirements and tax legislation.
• Completion of H&R Block Professional Development Training.
• High attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
