Our Online Tax Office based in Mitcham VIC, is currently seeking Income Tax Return Preparers / Tax Consultants to join our team on a casual basis. 

In this role, you will prepare tax returns for clients online rather than face‑to‑face, supporting customers located across Australia as well as completing tax return through phone appointments for our virtual offices which support the retail network.

Location flexibility:

While the role is ideally based in Mitcham, applicants do not need to be located in Melbourne.

As long as you can work from any H&R Block office, you may be able to fulfill the requirements of the role.

About the Role

As a Income Tax Return Preparer/Tax Consultant, you will:

• Assist clients with the preparation of personal and business income tax returns for online clients.
• Provide accurate, high‑quality tax advice
• Support the Online Tax Manager with general administrative tasks and follow standard procedures
• Keep your tax knowledge up to date with our training and support
• Deliver outstanding customer service in a fast‑paced, online environment
