The Melbourne 5 District Operations Coordinator (DOC) position has become available, and we are seeking a high-energy, results-driven District Operations Coordinator to oversee and optimise our district operations. In this pivotal role, you will ensure smooth and seamless day-to-day operations, driving H&R Block’s mission forward with precision and enthusiasm.

Details of the role:

• Permanent, full-time
• Supporting the District Manager with administration, operations & key retail readiness throughout the year to take our tax preparation business to the next level
• Preparing a set number of tax returns in the office each year as set by the DM
• Opportunity for professional development and to grow your career into management
• Starting 17 June 2025
