Office Manager - Wendouree - Melbourne 6

We have an opportunity for the position of Office Manager in Wendouree office in M6 District.  This is a medium-large sized office which prepares around 900 returns per year and is a year-round office.

This position is managing Wendouree office in the Melbourne 6 District.

Employment Criteria:

  • Demonstrated success in previous roles at H&R Block.
  • Strong understanding of H&R Block’s procedures and systems.
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team.
  • Commitment to providing outstanding service to clients and staff.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Availability to attend training sessions and meetings as required.
  • No employment with any other tax accountant in a capacity that can create a conflict of interest.
  • Must have a smartphone capable of accessing the MyID system.
